Lesson details

Strength. Flexibility. Focus. Still inconsistent?
The problem isn’t your swing, it’s how your movement system is wired.

In this lesson, Jonathan Craddock introduces the Spiral Movement Model:
The Mind is your driver.
The Body is your engine.
The Shoulders are your transmission.
The Arms and Club are your steering.

When these parts sync, the system flows. When they don’t, everything breaks. Learn how to move smarter, not harder, and build a body that drives consistency.

🚨 FOR REAL GOLF ANORAKS ONLY – DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU’RE IN THE 0.01% CLUB.

Let’s be honest, you can lift, stretch, and grind all you want, but if your movement system isn’t connected, your swing will always have a ceiling. This is where we rebuild it, the Spiral way.

The Spiral Movement Model teaches you to train your body like an integrated machine:

  • The Engine (Body): generates energy through grounded, spiral motion.

  • The Transmission (Shoulders): transfers that energy between engine and steering.

  • The Steering (Arms & Club): delivers precision and control.

  • The Driver (Mind): directs it all with intention and focus.

Most lessons isolate the pieces. We train the system. You’ll learn how fascia, posture, and sequencing work together to produce reliable power. How recovery and mindset fuel the engine. And how small mismatches, tight hips, drifting shoulders, overactive hands, create big breakdowns.

As Peter Cowen taught: “Movement mastery isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right thing, wired together, with clarity.”

This course rewires your movement so it holds under fatigue, travel, and pressure, through system connection.

Golf is only a movement.
And great movement…

Has constants and doesn’t break.
