Lesson details

Build your complete system.

The Spiral Code Principles give you a clear framework to understand how the body moves, how the swing is built, and how performance is sustained under pressure.

This is where everything connects, from practice to play, body to club, and movement to belief. Understand the system… and everything else starts to make sense.

🚨 FOR REAL GOLF ANORAKS ONLY — DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU’RE IN THE 0.01% CLUB.

The Philosophy
The Spiral Code is built on a simple truth:
Golf is not a collection of positions, it is a connected dynamic movement system.

These principles simplify complexity into a structure that can be trained, repeated, and trusted under pressure.

The Structure — The 5 Core Principles
• Intention — Train with purpose. Separate practice from play.
• Movement — Understand the body as a system (engine, steering, transmission, driver).
• Efficiency — Move in harmony with the body’s natural spiral to protect and perform.
• Mechanics — Build repeatable patterns that produce consistent outcomes.
• Structure — Follow the Pyramid of Learning to progress step by step.

Together, they form a complete, structured system, from beginner to elite.

Every lesson you take is built on these principles. They guide how you think, how you train, and how you perform.

Because lasting improvement does not come from isolated tips, it comes from understanding what you need to do and repeating the right movements over time.

When you understand the principles, you stop guessing. You start building.

This is The Spiral Code.
