The Wide Stance Drill isn’t about spreading your feet.
It’s about rebuilding your engine from the ground up.

Biomechanics + neuroscience tell us:

Neural patterning takes 6–8 weeks minimum
And 12 weeks to become durable.
This is why your stance work must be repeated, not rushed.

When you widen your base, you increase activation through:

• Glutes
• Adductors
• Obliques
• Deep core stabilisers
• The Spiral Line (QL → lat → opposite glute)

This matters because:

✔️ You reduce sway through increased frontal-plane stability
✔️ You build more torque across the posterior chain
