Consistency doesn’t start on the range, it starts before the first swing.

This Spiral Code warm-up resets your system using the three foundational movements of the body: forward bend, side bend, and rotation. Together, they activate fascia, wake joint awareness, and prepare your swing system both physically and neurologically.

You’ll learn to load glutes and hamstrings correctly, tilt for natural loft changes without manipulating the hands, and rotate through the rib cage instead of forcing the arms.

This isn’t loosening up, it’s wiring precision. Elite players don’t warm up muscles. They wake up systems.

In biomechanics, your body moves in six degrees of freedom (6DOF):
three linear — up/down, left/right, forward/back
three rotational — roll, pitch, yaw
